Hence, Refunds will strictly be only applicable on damages, wrong size delivered other than that which is mentioned in the invoice or any other manufacturing defects which are present at the time of packing. You'll have to share a picture reference of the defect soon after you have received the order, which will be evaluated for your refund request. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know, if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be either processed full refund in the form of store credits valid for a duration of 1 Year or in genuine cases (Manufacturing Defects) after thorough discussion about the issue, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 7-10 working days depending on the bank or credit card company that you used during placing your order with us.
